Refunds and Returns
Your full satisfaction is our goal. Refunds will be issued, less tax and shipping, of course.
Like most sellers, Steampunk Johnny’s Coffee Company will issue a full refund via the same method payment was originally made, once the returned item is received by us.
NOTE: Edible products should not be returned due to food safety concerns. For tracking purposes (on both ends of the transaction) we ask that you mail us back the empty package so we can evaluate and improve our future service/products.
Returns should be made to the address on the shipping label you originally received.
